What to expect at:
FAMILY AND SENIOR SESSIONS
Online booking is now available. You can find the book now button on my contact page. Contact me prior to booking if you have any questions or special accommodations. A $50 deposit is due when booking. I shoot family and senior sessions outdoors only. In circumstances that require rescheduling, please let me know as soon as possible. Around a week prior to your session, I will contact you for details. We will confirm time, location, and I will answer any questions you may have regarding the session. Feel free to contact me any time before this with questions.
Parks, downtown urban areas, and your home/yard are great locations. If you do not have a location in mind when booking your photo session, I can recommend a few places and make sure we choose the perfect spot for you. There is a fee for travel outside of Billings.
When trying to put together outfits for larger groups, try to coordinate. Feel free to mix and match patterns with solid colors and add layers and accessories.
After your session, you can expect to see a sneak peek on my Facebook business page within one week. This will only be a few images, but will give you an idea of what you will see in your gallery. You should expect your gallery to be finished around 2 to 6 weeks from your session date. During busy season (September - November), expect a longer turnaround time. I do rush December session editing so your gallery is ready in time to order holiday cards.
If booking a senior session for fall colors (late September and beyond), you will receive a gallery of headshots by your high school yearbook deadline.
When your gallery is uploaded, you will receive an email with a link to your online, password protected gallery of images, where you will be able to select and download high resolution images. If your session includes print credit, I will send you directions for ordering and pick-up. Print credit (included in some sessions) needs to be ordered from me, via text or email. If you prefer me to ship your flash drive and/or prints, a postage fee applies.
***Rescheduling is an option for high winds, rain, or extreme temperatures, sickness, or emergencies. INDOOR OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
NEWBORN SESSIONS
Newborns are best photographed at 4-14 days old. These can be scheduled outdoor, during warm months, or in your home. Your gallery will include a few family shots, basket shots, and posed beanbag shot, as well as nursery or special items you'd like included.
To book a newborn session, I will pencil your due date in my calendar. After you deliver, contact me and we will set a session date. I have blankets, wraps, baskets and headbands that I will bring to your home. I will set up by a window with good light, and we can also utilize other areas on your home for more of life-style like family photos. Sessions run up to 2 hours. Babies sleep better if they have been awake at least an hour before the session begins. A sponge bath usually keeps the baby awake, and I then I recommend feeding baby 15 minutes before I arrive.

If you choose to use the print release to order from companies on your own, do not check the box for auto color correct or auto enhance. I only guarantee prints purchased through me.
